Sprng Break: The rest of Toronto.

Like I said the City Pass introduces you to things you wouldn't normally do, case in point:
The Castle Loma.
Apparently it is the only castle in North America.

We took a self guided tour of the place. You had these walkie talkie type items and each room would have a number you punch that number into the device and it told you about the room you were in. This kept the kids entertained.

They had secret hallways and tunnels underneath the streets to escape out to their stables.

Next stop: Science center.
Chris remembers going on a school field trip here back in the day, so we tried it out.

 The ball of static electricity.
It worked check out our hair.
 Being silly.
This exhibit was by far our favorite. We couldn't get enough of the silly faces and apparently neither will you, they just make me laugh so here are a ton.

Last stop of the trip before our trek home was the zoo, Brooke found out they had her beloved Pandas here so we had to go.....

We also got up close and personal with a few polar bears....

And that wraps up Spring Break 2014.

Spring Break - Toronto - Hockey Hall of Fame.

Everyone had one thing that they wanted to do. The falls= mom, the baseball game = Brady, the zoo = Brooke and this next stop was Dad's #1 one thing to check off.
The Hockey Hall of Fame.
Brady was all in....Brooke and I were on the fence.
We decided to give it a whirl and glad we did, it was actually a really neat place and very interactive. Besides if he went by himself we may not have seen him for days.

Walking the city....
Dad, Brady and some hockey statues...
Brooke and I contemplating if we go shopping or go to a hockey museum....
It was state of the art....

This was Brooke mad at me for choosing to come, prior to the interactive portion of the museum...haha!
Home town heroes....
3D hockey movie....
ahhhh finally play time.....You could do slap shots....
Play goalie while this simulator shot pucks at you.

Hit the locker room...
Just my size....

Got a chance to see the Stanley cup!
We were able to broadcast some play by plays....the kids loved this!
Not sure if these will turn out.....The kids couldn't pronounce the names so they just made up their own story, I think they just liked hearing their own voices in a sound box.

And after 3 hours we finally steered Dad to the gift shop and the exit....
