In the "D" for Player Picture Day.

We made our way to the D last weekend to catch a game and see if my "big kid" could pawn off his "little kids" into getting some pictures of the players. It was player picture day where they let you down on the field for a few hours and the players come by for pictures and such for the "kids" Let's just say my husband wasn't the only "big kid" on the field using their pawn. We definitely underestimated the amount of people who would also want to do this as well as our minimal height. Being four deep and under 5 feet 7 inches doesn't allow for such great picture taking. We got some, but even Brooke who was in the "kid only section" couldn't see over the "adults" that decided they didn't care it was a kids only section (surprisingly not us) But all wasn't lost we were still able to hang down on the field do a cartwheel or two.

Dad and his girl....going to a ball game, hopefully a tradition that will continue.
Brady waiting "patiently" for the gates to open.

Kiddos down on the field.

The short family staying in the out field while everyone fought it out in the infield.

Chris was able to get a few.....

The only guy Brady wanted to wait for was Justin and of course he was the very last guy, because he spent a ton of time with everyone.

While Dad finished up with the picture taking we left to get a head start on the face painting....I don't know why we don't learn, face painting and Brady just do not mix. 1.2 seconds before he has to itch or smear it.....Brooke opted for the Old English D this time.

For it's one, two, three strikes your out....on the way home....
