Camping 2014

We got our camping trip in a little early this year, we spent a few days of the long Memorial Day weekend with nature and old friends.
Our abode for the next few days....and me trying to tame the beast (Brooke's hair)
This campground was very old school and didn't have a lot of the amenities so many of them have now a days. However, in retrospect it was perfect.  It made the kids get creative and go "make up" games and "find" something to keep them occupied and busy. So they came up with whiffle ball games, playing catch, fishing, and just running around and being kids.

Old friends.

Da boys....

This is what is all about people stuffing your face with goodies until you can not stuff anymore.

This = Camping success.

Hanging in front of the Pulley's new rig.....we are officially are the last sole tent campers.

I think just a little too long in the flame.

These kids had so much fun together. As much as we all live in different cities and don't get to see each other as often as we used to, these kids have know each other since birth and seemed to hop right back into the mix as if they play every day.

Okay....maybe that last one was too much.

Best part of camping.

Ol' Colorado Glory days.

This next montage is what happens after 40 billion smores....

Best buds....

  Leave it to the Munson kids to spoil family photos .....
